For some time I am restless. Therefore, I try to be still and quiet. I close my eyes and invite my travel guide. I am not afraid to listen, nor am I anxious to hear. The conceptual understanding comes quickly and most of the time the words follow naturally. Before I open my eyes, I thank my guide. I write down what has been said, and I read what has been written. I only have to accept . . .
